Congratulations….5 Years
To My Daughter:
Happy five years babygirl. Today you made one of the best decisions of your life to start over and just look at you now. Everything you were ever dreaming of is already yours or within reach. Granted, this journey getting here hasn’t always been easy. There were a lot of lows, tears shed, difficulties to overcome but you are still here stronger than ever. I love your kind soul..always encouraging others, reminding them to see the light in every situation. I am so proud of all your growth, but mostly you. I can’t wait to see what the next five years bring for you 💖 #June22nd2019
With God ALL things are possible 🙏🏻
Insight after 5 years of recovery…
You have to deal with your emotions in both the down and the up times without wanting to relapse again. You have to learn to cope in a healthy way and never go back. Once in recovery for awhile you have too many good things going on to ever go back. If you move on with life and stay focused on the new life you have created, you don’t have time to relapse. In the first year of recovery you should just do you with only healthy relationships.
